AIND Systems is an AI automation agency based in Portland, Jamaica. We provide CRM setup, marketing automation, booking systems, and related digital services to small businesses.

We collect business name, contact name, WhatsApp number, and email from clients. When visitors book through our Calendly link, Calendly collects their booking details under their own privacy policy. We do not collect sensitive personal information.

We use information solely to deliver agreed services. We do not sell, rent, or share data with any third party for marketing purposes.

We use GoHighLevel, Make.com, Calendly, and Lovable to deliver services. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their data practices.

Vapi (vapi.ai) — AI voice agent platform used to power automated phone call reception and booking assistance. Vapi may process voice recordings and conversation data during calls. Callers are advised that calls may be handled by an AI assistant. Vapi operates under its own privacy policy available at vapi.ai.

Client project data is retained for 90 days after project completion then deleted unless otherwise requested in writing.
